I’m so grateful to have been able to work with Amelia. I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for over 18 years and after countless attempts to lose weight through eating less and exercising more, I was sick and tired of losing weight only to always put the weight back on. I was ready to try a different approach and thankfully Amelia came along at the right time.

While her coaching has helped me to lose weight (while still eating chocolate every day!), more importantly it’s opened my mind to the importance of mindful eating, positive self talk and goal setting. Strategies I know I can take and use for the rest of my life.

Before working with Amelia I would regularly binge eat and have guilt around eating so called “bad” foods. Now I am much more mindful of what I eat, I eat what I feel like with less guilt and as such, I haven’t had a binge session in over 3 months! It’s a great feeling to know I’m finally ending my weight loss struggle and I couldn’t have done it without the help and support from Amelia!
