12 WEEKS OF ONE ON ONE COACHING
Depending on location this can be in person, via phone or Skype. As I only take a limited number of clients at any one time, you will be guaranteed specialised attention to give you every opportunity to succeed.
90 MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION
During this session I will delve into your history and background with dieting, I will explain how my approach differs to a dieting approach and we will set some holistic goals together for our next 3 months together.
11 x 60 MINUTE COACHING SESSIONS
This is where we will follow up on your weekly goals, reset new weekly actionable items and work on other areas of development around mindset, nutrition, movement and lifestyle.
REGULAR MINDSET TASKS
Depending on the areas you need to work on, I will set you regular tasks to complete to help shift your mindset and develop your skills around weight loss and body image.
UNLIMITED EMAIL SUPPORT
Since my approach requires consistent work and effort on your part to get results, I guarantee I will be there for you every step of the way. You can email me whenever you need some extra advice or help. I’m here for you!
